With the brand new Silverado Prototype, the Japanese company Olympic Graphiteleader has once again achieved a new milestone in modern rod construction and has managed to unite two worlds in the Silverado Prototype. On the one hand, they use the strength and robustness of the Torayca T1100G carbon fiber and the sensitivity of the Torayca M40X carbon fiber.
The rods are made entirely from the most technologically advanced and modern Torayca ® T1100G graphite, which, together with the use of new Torayca MX40 carbon, Torzite guides with titanium frames and Nanoalloy technology, offers maximum sensitivity and guarantees fantastic durability. The Quattro Graphite Cloth and G-Maps are then combined by Graphiteleader with the Torayca T110G Carbon, Torayca MX40 and the development of Nanoalloy Technology in the Silverado Prototype. The result is a 90-gram rod with a sensitivity that gives you goosebumps when you notice the most subtle bites.
With the material of the new "Torayca MX40" family, a 30 percent higher tensile strength was achieved by orienting the graphite crystal structure using "Nanoalloy" nanotechnology, with almost the same tensile modulus as conventional carbon fibers. In effect, a combination of strength and reliability with lightness and sensitivity. And achieving such a combination, adopting the best, is the shortest and surest route to success!
