TROUT PLUG - replacement single hook

In many salmonid waters treble hooks are prohibited, which is why plugs must be equipped with single hooks. The BKK Native-12 SS Hook is a specially developed replacement single hook for plugs, spoons, spoons and other artificial lures.

This assist hook was designed to replace conventional treble hooks and single hooks, especially when it comes to reducing torsional forces. Its most important features:

- Sharp, inward-facing hook point for an optimum balance between hooking and safe landing.
- Forged shank for increased stability and durability.
- Super Slide (SS) coating for particularly fast penetration into the fish's mouth.
- High-density solid core braid - stiff enough to hold its shape for a long time, but flexible enough to absorb torsional forces.

Each hook size is supplied with a matching split ring that is ideally matched to the respective bait. The three largest variants also have a solid ring that further improves the assist function. To ensure maximum durability, all bindings are sealed with black epoxy resin, which protects the knot and prevents wear and tear.
