The extra-large claw, which appears oversized for a compact body, creates a water pressure wave on landing due to the high flow resistance of the water and is ideal for use on a Texas rig or as a trailer on a skirted jig. The specially shaped claws with an extra soft rubber compound begin to move attractively and naturally with the slightest twitch of the rod tip. The choice of body was designed to be the optimal softbait for skipping. The Backon Craw contains 10% salinity and crustacean flavoring to imitate crustacean taste and smell to intrigue bass.
