  The Erimaki Shad is a small soft bait in the shape of a minnow with a distinctive “shell”, developed under the guidance of Pro Staff Yuki Minemura. This lure has a high buoyancy so that it floats on the surface of the water without sinking. In other words, you can target perch that are close to the surface. The “shell” acts as water resistance, reducing the distance traveled and providing an additional stimulus. When plucked, the “shell” also releases droplets so that the lure can be used like a popper.

  The Erimaki Shad is also ideal for mid-trolling with a jig head set. This soft lure with the distinctive “shell” is particularly useful in difficult conditions and can attract a variety of fish.
