Il Bantam è un mulinello da baitcasting a basso profilo con un corpo in coresolid, realizzato in alluminio estremamente resistente e dotato di una notevole rigidità, che combina la sensazione di sicurezza di un mulinello a profilo "rotondo" con il design ergonomico e la facilità d'uso di un mulinello da baitcasting. Il nome Bantam vi sarà sicuramente familiare, visto che il mulinello è in circolazione da oltre 40 anni e ha un seguito fedele tra i pescatori che apprezzano le prestazioni solide senza compromessi. L'ultima versione del 22 Bantam si avvale di una bobina leggera MGL III e di un freno SVS Infinity, ulteriormente migliorato da Silent Tune e Super Free Spool. Le esche di quasi tutte le dimensioni possono essere lanciate in tutta sicurezza a distanze considerevoli e il freno può essere regolato istantaneamente per adattarsi a esche di dimensioni o condizioni diverse grazie alla ghiera di regolazione esterna. Ma la Bantam si distingue soprattutto per il buon recupero e la giocabilità. La combinazione di Micromodule Gear e Infinity Drive garantisce un'estrema fluidità, anche con manovelle veloci, e in combinazione con la rigidità del corpo Coresolid, la massima potenza viene trasferita dall'impugnatura al pesce quando le cose si fanno davvero calde. E non preoccupatevi della mancanza di elasticità quando si usa il trecciato.
