MEGABASS Destroyer P5 - F7.1/2-711X Super Seven Eleven
Destroyer Additional Model
The storied SEVENELEVEN is one of the founding Destroyer® models that has proudly stood the test of time for over a quarter-century. Early friends of Yuki Ito, the Randy Blaukat and the late Aaron Martens, both factored heavily in design and development and relied on the SEVENELEVEN to compete in tournaments across the US. The SEVENELEVEN entered the scene with what was at the time one of the longest rods in tournament regulation. It excelled in close combat with light Texas rigs or jigs in shore cover, contributed as a limit maker with small to medium-sized search baits in wide shallow areas, and dredged kickers from the depths cranking. This tournament-born weapon builds on its legacy with the latest Megabass rod building expertise to power the legends of tomorrow.

A quarter of a century ago, in 1995, Yuki Ito presented the world with a prototype bass rod from Megabass that was a direct descendant of the handmade ARMS bass rod he developed in 1986. He wanted to destroy the conventional standards and common sense of bass rods. The Destroyer set a new standard for bass rods, leaving many other bass rods behind with its stoically honed sensitivity and mind-blowing technology.
In 2019, the LAIHA project was launched by MPW (MEGABASS PERFORMANCE WORKS) engineers as an advance disclosure work of experimental technology. One of them is the 5-D graphite system. The 5-D Graphite System is a new concept in socket design technology that represents a radical departure from Destroyer's design philosophy of introducing advanced layering systems. And it has finally become a reality. The "New King of Destruction" will reign as the new " Destroyer ", unleashing a new dimension in rod performance through innovative technology. This is a revolution in bass rod destruction. Just like back then.
