The flat-back jig is ideal for slipping through heavy cover and for striking through the upper mouth of predatory fish.

This jig is characterized by its high maneuverability, whether flipping through dense vegetation, lifting and dropping through weeds or swimming. With its low center of gravity and eye position at the tip of the head, it offers excellent swimming characteristics.

Its flat, wide shape provides a high hooking response so the lure reliably grabs the upper jaw as it slips through cover. Its unique streamlined design creates turbulent water currents when swimming, causing the skirt to flutter.

The specially designed hook with a thick shank has a wire diameter that does not hinder the retrieve of the hook, but is still strong enough to pull large perch out of deep cover. This makes it ideal for flipping and other close-range fishing.

The low center of gravity and flat, wide head prevent the lure from collapsing sideways when hitting the bottom or slipping out when hooked, keeping both slip-through and hooking performance at a high level.
